When you complete the contact form on this site we collect your name, email address, telephone number (if provided) and the content of your message. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics on this preview site.

We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, to provide legal services you have requested, and to fulfil our legal obligations. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (the form checkbox) and, once an engagement begins, on the basis of the contract between us.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months. Client file data is retained for the periods required by Spanish professional rules (generally 10 years for legal files).
5. Your rights
